CAPSTICK Dolly Valerie, Nicola and the family of the late Dolly Capstick wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown and for the many letters, cards and messages of condolence and support received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to the staff of Sycamore Hall Bainbridge and the Drs and staff of Ward 31 at Darlington Hospital for all their kindness and care for Dolly, also thanks to Rev Melanie Reed, Barbara Roocroft and Julie Pledge for making her service so special and also to Richard Sanderson Funeral Director for all his help and guidance. Finally, grateful thanks for the generous donations received in memory of Dolly for The Multiple Sclerosis Society and West Burton Chapel funds.
