COATES Simon Thomas Simon's family would like to express their sincere thanks for all cards and messages of condolences received during this sad time. A special thanks to Dr Mike Brooks and staff at Reeth Medical Practice for their care for Simon over many years, to all staff on the Ainderby Ward at the Friarage Hospital for their care and offer thanks Rev. Caroline Hewlett for her Service. A sincere thanks Rebecca Blenkiron and her team of their kindness and professionalism shown at this difficult time. Finally thank you to all who attended the Funeral Service and gave donations so generously.
