STEPHENS Karen Alan, Rachael and the Family of the late Karen Stephens wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown and for the many letters, cards and messages of condolence and support received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to all the Drs and District Nurses at Leyburn Medical Practice and all the staff at the Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan centre especially Jenny Lawn, for all their care, compassion and support for Karen, and all the Blossom Home Carers for making Karen comfortable and keeping her smiling. Thanks also to Rev Stephen Hanscombe for the lovely service and Richard Sanderson Funeral Director for all his guidance and support. Finally, grateful thanks for the donations received in memory of Karen for Leyburn Medical Practice.
