HAW Dawn Neil and the Family of the late Dawn Haw would like to thank to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy and the letters, cards and messages of condolence received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to all the Drs and staff at the Friarage Hospital for all their kindness and care for Dawn. Finally, grateful thanks for donations received in memory of Dawn for The Cure Parkinson's Trust.
