ADDISON Betty (Catterick Village) Elizabeth, Stephen and family would like to thank all friends, neighbours and relatives for messages and cards of condolence, for their presence at the funeral service and generous donations in memory of Betty. Our deepest gratitude to many neighbours and friends for companionship and support in recent years and to Staff at Darlington Memorial Hospital ITU for their exemplary care of Betty and her family in the days after her fall. Special thanks to clergy in Catterick and to John Blenkiron and Sons Funeral Directors for their help and guidance at this difficult time.
