SLADE Sheila Derek and the family of the late Sheila Slade would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy and for the many letters and cards of condolence received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to all the carers and staff at Hillcrest Care Home for all their kindness and care for Sheila, also thanks to Rev Alan Coustick for a lovely service and Richard Sanderson Funeral Director for all his help and guidance. Finally, grateful thanks to all those who attended the Thanksgiving Service and gave generous donations in memory of Sheila for The Alzheimer's Society.
