BURGESS Martin Died July 30, 2014 Grateful thanks for all the love and support given to his mother Clare and brother Andrew. Special thanks to Rosi, Richard, Liz, Margaret, Elaine and Marjorie and all at Mount Vale who organised a wonderful birthday party. Thank you also to Martin's friends at the Friarage Hospital who donated a seat outside the Porter's Lodge and to his cycling friends who gave a seat at Roots Cafe. Martin lived life to the full and we still miss him very much.
