STOCKTON Frank aged 70 years of Richmond. Former Chief Inspector of North Yorkshire Police passed away on September 21, 2019. Dearly loved husband of Eileen, dear brother of Doreen, uncle to Charles and Georgina and father figure to Steve. Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Richmond, on Monday, October 7, at 1:45pm, followed by private cremation. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Richmond Duck Club and St. Mary's Church Funds.
