THORNBORROW Elsie (nee Sayer) Passed away suddenly on Saturday July 20, 2019, at Craven Nursing Home, Skipton, aged 82, after coping with increasing difficulties over many months bravely and without complaint. Faithful rock to her late husband, Charlie, loving mother to Lynn, Sandra and Robert, supportive friend to Steve, Mark and Caroline, kind grandmother to Michael, Stephanie and Alex, proud great-grandmother to Summer, Max, Maya, Ellouise, Pheobe, Zoe and Leighton, loyal sister to Billy, the late Frank, Patsy and David, and much respected friendly face in Buckden and beyond. Thanksgiving service will take place at Hubberholme Church on Tuesday August 6, at 1:00pm, following a private cremation. Donations in lieu of flowers to the British Heart Foundation and the RSPB either at the service or through Howcrofts' Funeral Services at Duckett Street, Skipton BD23 2EJ (01756 792173).
