BROWN Shirley (nee Ward) On February 1, 2019, with her loving family by her side, Shirley aged 72 years, passed away suddenly after a long illness, patiently borne with courage and dignity. A much loved and loving wife of Geoff (R.F.S), devoted mum to Paul and Neil, dear mother-in-law to Becky and Lucy, beloved sister of Carol and the late Jeff and treasured grandma to Ellie, Jessica, Kaitlyn and Archie. Funeral service to be held at Ripon Cathedral on Wednesday, February 13, at 1.30pm, followed by a private interment at St Andrew's Church, Burnt Yates. Family flowers only please, if desired a plate will be provided for donations to Harrogate Renal Unit, St Andrew's Church Burnt Yates, Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Unit and Ripon Cathedral.
