A CHILDREN’S writer who has penned stories about a miniature railway will meet fans at a museum.
Joe Coates, of Scarborough, has penned the latest of his North Bay Tales series called Donkey Alert at North Bay Railway. He is to visit Locomotion: The National Railway Museum at Shildon where he will meet fans and read extracts from his books.
He will be in the Collection Building at Locomotion on April 6 and 7 from 10am to 4pm both days, with free entry.
The books are on sale at North Bay Railway, Scarborough, or from the author, who can be contacted at joecoates76@yahoo.co.uk.
