GUISBOROUGH Rhythm and Blues Club holds its 2015 festival at the town’s football club next weekend.
It starts on the Saturday with local band, The Mentulls, supporting the headline Larry Miller Band. Tickets are £15. Doors open at 7.30pm.
Acts on Sunday, May 3, include Groovetrain, with Danny Allen on keyboard and saxophone, playing blues, funk and soul music.
In the afternoon, the entertaining Simon Honeyboy Hickling and his band will perform.
The Stumble play in the evening and organisers are sure this band will keep dancers on their feet. The headline act is Blues ‘n’ Trouble, one of the best British blues bands.
Sunday tickets are £30 in advance, £35 on the day, available on 01287 634365.
It is hoped to have the acoustic lounge available again where anyone who wishes can have a jam. Entry to the room will be free.
