OPERA group, Opera by Design, will perform on Saturday, March 15, in aid of The Darlington and District branch of the Samaritans.
Cockerton Methodist Church is the venue for an evening of operatic favourites sung by four soloists, including The Flower Duet, The Garret Duet from La Boheme, Canon Quartet from Fidelio and the rousing Brindisi from La Traviata, as well as arrangements of well-known pieces by director Stuart Buckton.
The singers are Paulina Rossi, soprano; Janet Walke, mezzo-contralto; Alan Phelps, tenor; and Bill Greenwood, baritone.
The performance starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7.50 (adult), £5 (u-16s), family ticket £20, from the Samaritans, Cockerton Methodist Church, info@operaby design.co.uk or at the door.
