Second-placed Richmond Buck Inn travel to Medals Shields finalists Hawes United, while Unicorn FC, in third, will look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season last time out with a trip to inconsistent Carperby Rovers.
Elsewhere, Richmond Mavericks Reserves host Spennithorne and Harmby in what should be an entertaining encounter, while Catterick Garrison Football Centre face Redmire United.
Catterick Rovers are at home to improving Askrigg United, while defending league champions and Medals Shield finalists Richmond Town Academy will be favourites to beat bottom side Hawes Gayle.
There are also midweek fixtures scheduled for Wednesday evening.
