DARLINGTON supporters will again choose their preferred home kit for the 2015-16 season with a vote to take place over the next week.

A choice of three kits will be released within the next 24 hours, and the club says each design will commemorate Quakers returning to Darlington next season.

Details of how to vote will be released this weekend. Voting will be online and also through paper voting available from Quaker Retail.

The poll shall close at 5pm on Friday, February 13 with the winning design announced on Monday, February 15.

The kits will again be made by Avec Sport and Darlington have today announced a two-year deal with the company to remain as kit supplier, with an option to extend that arrangement for a third year.

Martin Jesper, Quakers’ chief executive officer, said: “Implementing stability is a key factor in rebuilding the club on solid financial and commercial foundations and we are delighted that this agreement will continue with that philosophy.

“We have considered a number of alternative offerings from various kit suppliers over the last few months and we are satisfied that Avec’s terms are in the best interest of the club moving forward.

“Not only are the quality of the products and customer service at a high standard, but the working relationship we have established with Avec management is extremely effective and professional – an essential component of any partnership.”

Helen Inness, national sales manager for Avec Sport, added: “We are thrilled to extend our relationship with Darlington FC at this very exciting time for the Club. Avec will continue to bring its own unique brand and ideas to the partnership both on and off the field.”
