NEW Zealander Bob Charles carded his second successive 65 for a
seven-stroke victory at the Senior Gold Rush tournament in Sacramento,
California. He finished with a 54-hole total of 201, easily surpassing
the tournament record of 204 set by George Archer in 1990.
