Leon Scott will make an immediate return to the Darlington line up tomorrow after serving a one-match ban last Saturday.

Quakers' captain sat out the 4-1 win over Ossett Town due to suspension having collected five yellow cards and his place was taken by Curtis Edwards.

Manager Martin Gray must decide who to leave out of the starting XI at Mossley, when Darlington aim to complete a league double having won

4-0 when the sides met at Heritage Park in September.

"He comes straight back into the team," said Gray. "He's been a real positive for us, whether he's been at left-back or centre-midfield, he's done really well for the club.

"You know what you're going to get from him. If he ever has a game when things aren't going so well, you can always rely on him to be committed and to be physical.

"He's a good lad too, he's very passionate about doing well for himself and for the club."

Goalkeeper Mark Bell trained on Wednesday evening and suffered no reaction to the calf problem which has sidelined him recently, so he is in contention for a recall.

He has missed the past eight league and cup fixtures with Peter Jameson performing well as his stand-in.

Gray said: "Peter's been nice and steady. His confidence has come through and he's done very well for us.

"He's a young lad and stepped up very well.

"All players get injuries so it's important to have good cover in all positions."

Meanwhile, a small number of tickets remain for the A Question Of Darlo, which takes place on Sunday evening at Blackwell Meadows, the home of Darlington Rugby Club.

The event will see Darlington's players pitted against their rugby counterparts with the respective captains, Gary Brown and Joe Oselton, leading their sides.

Also, ahead of his world title fight in Leeds next month, Darlington boxer Stuart Hall will take part in a question and answer session.

Tickets are £5 and include a pie and pea supper, while all money raised will be split between the football and rugby clubs. There will be raffles, audience participation and other activities.

Tickets for the event, which starts at 6pm, are available from Quaker Retail in Darlington's indoor market and the Blackwell clubhouse or can be reserved on 01325-363777.

Organisers wish to thank Taylors for providing the pie and peas.
