Today's Darlington match at Warrington Town has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

An inpection at 10.20am by a referee deemed the pitch to be unplayable.

A date for the rearranged game has yet to be announced, but April 21 - the last week of the season - appears to be the most likely day for the teams to meet as that's when both teams are next free in midweek.

The postponement, Darlington's seventh this season, means Quakers could be six points off the top by 5pm today with two games in hand should Salford City defeat Scarborough Athletic.

Furthermore, the second game of Alan White's two-match suspension will be served on Tuesday when Darlington travel to Northwich Victoria, a team known for their height advantage.
