THE big guns will be out for the NatWest T20 Blast finals day at Edgbaston on Saturday.

Ben Stokes and Mark Wood have been made available for Durham, while semi-final opponents Yorkshire can call on Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow and Gary Ballance.

Stokes has been passed fit after the calf injury which kept him out of the last two Tests and will feel he owes Durham some runs.

When playing purely as a batsman in the group stages on his return from knee surgery, he totalled 17 in three innings.

He will replace either Jack Burnham or Gordon Muchall, although it would be tough on Muchall to deny him a final Durham one-day appearance on the big occasion.

Root and Bairstow both played in two of Yorkshire's group games, while Ballance featured in eight. They will find it difficult to accommodate all three without leaving out Jack Leaning, who has hit 13 sixes in the competition.

Although Durham were first out of the hat, this will be the second semi-final at 2.30, following Nottinghamshire v Northamptonshire at 11am.
