Two changes for Darlington

There are two changes to the Darlington side for the final game of the season at home to Kettering Town including a debut for Jordan Nixon.
The 18-year-old has provided back-up for Jordan Pickford during the latter’s loan from Sunderland over the last three months and comes in today for his first start.
Also coming into the side is Neil Wainwright. He was a sub in last Saturday’s defeat at Forest Green Rovers and comes into the starting XI to replace for Drewe Broughton who is suspended.
He was sent off at Forest Green, a match that took Quakers’ winless run to 20 games and set a new club record.
Darlington’s relegation was confirmed in the last home game of the season a fortnight ago at home to Bath City, and Kettering’s place in the bottom four is also assured.
The Poppies have, like Quakers, suffered a traumatic campaign and both sides are today able to name only three substitutes.
The visitors name James Gray in their side, a forward who was one of Mark Cooper’s final signings at Darlington before being sacked in October. He made little impact at The Northern Echo Arena and manager Craig Liddle was happy to release him in January despite Quakers struggling for numbers.
Kettering have lost 12 of their last 14 away matches, drawing the other two, while, Darlington have not won any match since December 17.
Darlington: Nixon; Arnison, Johnson, Hollis, Brown; Wainwright, Taylor, Keltie, McReady; Rundle, Bowman. Subs: Lambert, Ferguson, Barton
Kettering Town (4-4-2): Walker; Noubissie, Westwood, Sangare, Palmer; Gray, Ford, Bridges, Mills; Joyce, Wyke. Subs: Navarro, York, Petranyuk
Referee: Peter Bankes (Merseyside)
