BEDALE Ladies Cricket team warmed up for the coming season with a friendly at home to Rockcliffe Park CC last weekend.
With an ever-expanding ladies section at the club they continue to grow and develop and welcome new players (juniors and seniors) to come and either play at the club or get involved with the behind the scenes activities.
Training is held at the Bedale Athletic Sports Association every Friday evening with games generally being played on Sunday afternoons.
The club has thanked Chris Smith of Ken Timber Smith Ltd for his sponsorship for the coming season along with John Marshall from Yorkshire-based sportswear manufacturing company Stag Sports Ltd for providing both their on field and off field team wear.
