BEDALE Junior Football Club has gained a new sponsor, Brymor Ice Cream.
The two-year deal will see Brymor sponsoring the training tops of The Bulldogs and The Dragons, two of the clubs under-9s teams.
The Yorkshire-based firm, which has an ice cream parlour at High Jervaulx Farm, near Masham supports many community activities throughout the region. Marketing manager Laura Alderson said: “Many players and supporters of Bedale Junior Football Club are customers of ours and it is a good way of showing we care about our local community.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to be involved with Bedale Junior Football Club. The team’s new training tops will be put to good use and we hope they do the team proud.”
Bedale Juniors teams play competitive football in either the Teesside Junior Football Alliance, Harrogate & District Junior or Hambleton & Richmondshire Junior Football Leagues.
Club spokesman Tony Clark said: “We are very grateful to all the team at Brymor Ice Cream for their generosity sponsoring us, and we’re sure the team will thoroughly appreciate their brilliant new training tops for the coming season.”
