THREE teams took part in the Harrogate and District Tennis league. The first team played with consistency and flair to finish in the top half of the second division. The second team did brilliantly, narrowly missing promotion and so stay in the fourth division. Unfortunately this summer, the third team were dogged by injury and some difficulties putting forward a full team and consequently slip back to the sixth division after a valiant effort against their adversities.

John Hart won the men’s veteran singles – his incredible 20th consecutive victory.
