MIDDLESBROUGH dented Brighton and Hove Albion's play-off hopes with a battling 2-0 win at the Amex Stadium.

Albert Adomah and Danny Graham scored late goals to see the Seagulls off, after Albion had been on the attack for much of the game.

Leo Ulloa missed a penalty at 1-0 after George Friend had fouled Solly March, before on-loan Graham tapped home from Grant Leadbitter's cross.
