MIDDLESBROUGH have extended goalkeeper Dimi Konstantopoulos' short-term contract until the end of the season.
Konstantopoulos' deal was due to expire tomorrow, but the former Hartlepool shot-stopper has agreed an extension to the summer.
Signed to provide additional cover last summer, Konstantopoulos made his Boro debut in this month's FA Cup third-round defeat to Hull City.
With Jason Steele still injured, he is expected to be on the substitutes' bench behind Shay Given for Saturday's Championship game with Charlton.
