IN view of all the letters about the Friarage Hospital over the past weeks, is it not common sense that we need to do all we can to keep the hospital open.
We are building hundreds of new houses and Catterick is getting bigger.
How are we going to cope?
Darlington Memorial Hospital is overly busy, James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough is one of the best but they can only do so much with all the cuts, and people who live in Hawes and the Dales are travelling far enough to the Friarage without having to go further.
We have raised the money for the MRI scanner which is now in place, and the building of the cancer unit.
Please can we look after what we have and what we may all need at some point in our lives?
Mrs Jackson, Northallerton
