1,400 pupils aged 11-18. Voluntary aided. Rated as good by Ofsted but currently full.
Durham Johnston School (72%)
Rated as outstanding by Ofsted. 1,500 students aged 11-18. Very popular and probably full.
Framwellgate School, Durham City (70%)
Around 1,200 students aged 11-18. Rated as good by Ofsted with outstanding features.
Belmont Community School, Durham City (66%)
For pupils aged 11-16. Rated as good by Ofsted.
Whitworth Park School and Sixth Form College, Spennymoor (51%)
Recently refurbished. Rated as good.
