Living with cancer will be discussed at an event being held at the Trinity Holistic Centre James Cook University Hospital.

Health care professionals will talk about lifestyle issues, exercise, getting back to work and finances.

It is taking place on Tuesday, March 25, from 10am to 2pm at the centre in Middlesbrough.

Complementary therapy taster sessions will also be on offer.
