AWARD-WINNING butcher Johnny Pusztai is looking forward to cooking up a storm on his return to the food festival.
Having been invited back for the second time, he is hoping the audience get involved with his demonstration as he teaches people about the history of sausages using a pirate theme.
He will also be taking on the younger crowd in his burger challenge.
“I am looking forward to having a great time,” he said.
“A lot of what I do is off the cuff. The North is full of humble people and I love working with them. I had such lovely feedback last time. Hopefully, I will get invited back next year.
“I like to tell the history of food, as I think it is important people know where food has come from. I am all about farm to fork.”
