BEN Timney and Rob Adams are looking to expand after a successful first year in business.
Clients of Itchyrobot, their website design and development company, include an RAF radar base, the University of Teesside, jewellery, clothing and training companies, and UK Steel Enterprise.
Mr Timney, creative director, said: “We are very pleased with the way our first year has gone as we haven’t really had to actively seek work – it has come to us”
The two University of Teesside graduates set up their business in UK Steel Enterprise’s (UKSE’s) Innovation Centre on Kirkleatham Business Park, Redcar, in March 2010.
Itchyrobot is now responsible for all UKSE IT support to tenants at the centre and also works with some of the other 40 companies based there.
Mr Adams, technical director, said that this year, they would target small and medium-sized businesses in the North-East.
“With well-developed systems and tested methods in place, we now feel able to offer unbeatable deals that will give companies a bespoke website and support for a year.”
Mr Timney, 36, lives with his wife and two children in Redcar.
Mr Adams, 33, lives with his wife and daughter in Guisborough.
