A BUDDING nine-year-old artist from Bexleyheath has won a national art competition.
Anthony Owen Smith was the winner in the seven to ten-year-old category of the BBC SMart programmes competition.
This year, the competition, which was run in conjunction with New Art Gallery, in Walsall, had the theme of buildings.
All the artwork is on display at the Walsall Gallery.
