The Thirsk Yarn Bombers have decorated the town with their latest creations - taking visitors on a colourful trip to a Day at the Races.
Members of the celebrated group have been busy knitting and crocheting for their new display which has just gone up in the North Yorkshire market town.
They are inviting people to "gallop on down and have a gander".
Members are planning to take down the display towards the end of September, on the 24th.
The Thirsk Yarn Bombers are now renowned around the country with photographs of their work sent by enthusiasts all over Britain, and as far afield as Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and India.
They originally launched in 2015 when the Tour De Yorkshire was due to come through Thirsk. Originally the Thirsk Knitters got together to create a few flags, eventually over 300 were involved in knitting and crocheting huge numbers of decorations.
Dressed in balaclavas and dark clothing they descended on the town in the night yarn bombing the centre. Their work has carried on ever since attracting huge crowds to see their latest creations.
