Families and community come together for Northallerton Christmas event

It took place over the High Street from 11am to 6pm on Sunday, December 11.

Attractions at the event included a Santa’s Grotto, indoor and outdoor craft stalls, food, fairground rides and donkey rides.

There was also a Farmers' Market in the neighbouring Applegarth park.

Local music schools, music groups and bands gave performances throughout the day with Viking Productions.

Pictures from the event show a number of families taking part as many people dressed up in elf costumes joined by a very jolly father Christmas.
