THREE members of the Northallerton Camera Club have scored hits in some of the world's top international salons of photography.
Pauline Pentony has had 46 acceptances, 3 gold medals, a bronze medal and 3 honourable mentions with five photography salons. They are Wyvern International 2018 Digital, The South Devon Salon 2018, Midland Salon of International Photography 2018, Emerald (Ireland) Salon 2018 and -the biggest Salon in the world - Trierienberg Super Circuit 2018 in which she is "super excited to have got a gold medal". Some of the winning photographs are pictured above; 'Frenzy', 'Rouge', 'Mirror Box' and 'Ballerina Reflection'.
Chris Morton gained two Highly Commended amongst his many acceptances in the Georgia Circuit of America with 'Swan Mist' and 'Big Yawn', and Paul Newey had six acceptances in the Wyvern International 2018 Digital; 'Cricket Match', 'Falkirk', 'Female Stonechat', 'Goldfinch', 'Autumn Kaleidoscope' and 'Stonechat'. More results are still to come in from other competitions and even more successes are expected from club members.
