GHOSTS and ghouls will haunt visitors at a historic Jacobean house as it opens its doors for Halloween-themed fun.
Kiplin Hall, near Richmond, will host a five-day Halloween Spooktacular featuring scary trails inside and out.
Younger visitors can hunt for the body parts of a dragon hidden around the house, which can be put together in the Mighty Wizard’s Workshop.
Bronia Gardner, Kiplin Hall’s marketing manager, said: “It's a magical time of the year at Kiplin. The autumnal colours in the gardens add to the atmosphere of our Halloween fun.
“There are lots of scary – and not-so-scary things happening – and we would be delighted to see new and regular visitors to the hall.”
The Spooktacular will run from October 21 until 25, and October 28 until November 1.
The hall will be open from 10am until 5pm each day and normal admission prices apply.
