A FARM farm machinery importer and precision-farming specialist will stage working demonstrations next month to showcase his wide range of machinery and precision-farming equipment.
Andrew Manfield and his team at Market Weighton-based Manterra Ltd will hold the demonstrations between May 23 and 25.
They will include Trimble screens and steering solutions; Unia cultivation, grassland and spreading machinery; APV seeding and slug pelleting systems; the Baertschi OekoSem IV ROTOR-Strip-Till System; and products from smallholding and forestry specialist, Kellfri.
There will also be the opportunity to view Adas wheat variety trials and to review Manterra’s strip-till cultivation trial of oilseed rape with a cover crop of white clover.
The demonstrations will be at Hessleskew Farm, Sancton, East Yorkshire, from Tuesday, May 23, to Thursday, May 25, between 3pm and 8pm. Refreshments will be available and there will be a prize draw to win a Kellfri backpack leaf blower worth £200.
