ROADSHOWS are taking place to seek views on where new homes and jobs are needed in the Hambleton district over the next 20 years.
The Local Plan considers the need for new homes and jobs alongside associated infrastructure such as shops, community facilities, transport, open spaces, sport and recreation, health and education.
Residents can attend either Rural Arts Centre in Thirsk on November 15 or the Galtres Centre in Easingwold on November 22, both from 5pm to 7.30pm
Alternatively visit Thirsk market on November 14, Stokesley market on November 18 or Easingwold market on November 25, all between 10am and 1pm.
The document will help shape policies for determining planning applications as well as housing and employment land allocations up to 2035.
Running alongside is consultation on the first tranche of Green Spaces proposed for inclusion in the plan.
Further information on to get involved in the consultation and how to submit comments is available at hambleton.gov.uk/localplan
