SINGER songwriter Anna Pancaldi, whose song Dear Joey is currently number three in the iTunes charts, is performing in Masham Town Hall on Saturday, August 27.
The concert is part of a series being staged in the Bedale and Masham area over the next few months. Anna has recently returned from a European tour following concerts in America performing in New York and Nashville.
Cathryn Megson, who is helping to coordinate the concerts, said getting Anna was a “real feather in the cap” for Masham Town Hall.
A further concert is being held at the venue on October 29 when Hunter and the Bear will launch their first album as part of a national tour, after supporting Eric Clapton and Bruce Springsteen. And on November 18 comedian Lee Nelson will be performing at the Chantry Hall in Bedale.
