A TOY and train collectors fair takes place at Locomotion: The National Railway Museum, in Shildon.
Organised by the North-East Diecast Collectors Club, the annual event takes place on Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3, from 10am to 5pm.
Collectors and enthusiasts can buy, sell, and swap model railways, tin plate, Dinky, die cast, cars, planes, and soldiers.
Visitors will be able to view working model railway layouts in various gauges and static displays.
The Hornby ‘O’ Gauge Society Borders’ Group and Hornby Dublo Electric Trains will be among the display and trade stands.
There will be steam train rides behind Peckett No. 2012 ‘Teddy’ for a small charge.
