AN evening of gin and jazz was held in the Rockliffe Suite at Rockliffe Hall Hotel on Saturday (April 23).
Guests sipped signature Slingsby gin cocktails on arrival.
Gin experts from The Spirit of Harrogate Experience then presented the history of gin.
The talk was followed by a delicious two-course gin-inspired dinner.
For main guests enjoyed pan-roasted guinea fowl, fondant potato, braised cabbage, gin-infused brambles.
For dessert, there was key lime pie, blueberries and gin compote with tonic sorbet
The jazz entertainment was provided by the North-East’s very own Paul Skerritt, who will also be entertaining guests at An Evening with Tony Hadley on May 14 at Rockliffe Hall. There was then a disco which finished at 12.30am.
