GRAEME STORM has plenty still to do at the BMW Masters in Shanghai if he is to force his way in to the end of year showpiece in Dubai.

Storm is in his best form of the year and needs to make up just under 19,000 euros to climb in to the top 60 in the Race to Dubai which would secure a place at the Dubai World Championship next week.

And he was going great guns in his second round yesterday at the $7m event until he double bogeyed the last in China to drop back to level par and post a 72 at Lake Malaran.

He had hit the turn on level par before responding to a couple of bogeys with just as many birdies to join a healthy number of golfers on two under until his blow at the 18th.

Storm is 12 shots adrift of the early runaway leader, Lucas Bjerregaard, who sits on 12 under, which is three ahead of Sergio Garcia and Thongchai Jaidee, but the man from the North-East is more than capable of climbing into the top 20 from where he is.
