MORE than 40 art lovers gathered at the Station in Richmond on Saturday, October 3 for the preview of local artist, Andy Kerr’s latest exhibition, From Sun to Shade.
Mr Kerr, who works in a variety of media, including ceramics, watercolours and acrylics, exhibited on the Mezzanine Gallery until Wednesday, October 14.
Guests enjoyed drinks in the Station and were able to see a preview of his work before the exhibition was opened to the public the following day.
“It’s lovely to hold such a successful event for a local and highly thought of artist at the Station,” said gallery co-ordinator, Thea Treweek.
“Andy’s work is incredibly popular; many pieces were sold at the event - a great boost at the beginning of an exhibition for everyone involved.”
