Appeal to help trace Tommy Gilligan, 83
POLICE are appealing for help to trace an 83-year-old man who has gone missing in North Yorkshire.
Tommy Milligan is from Gilling West near Richmond.
He possibly has his Alsation dog with him and was wearing a grey anorak, grey cap and jeans.
