A WARNING has been issued after prescription drugs were stolen from a home in Middlesbrough.

The drugs were taken on Wednesday, May 27 between 5.55pm and 6.10pm when someone entered an address on Rochdale Close.

Cleveland Police are concerned that the medication could prove extremely harmful in the wrong hands.

In particular, medication which slows down your heart rate, Bisoprolol, and medication that thins the blood, Warfarin, could be very harmful if taken without knowledge of their effects.

The stolen medication includes: Atorvastatin 10mg tablets; Bisoprolol 5mg tablets; Cyclizine 50mg tablets; Dihydrocodeine 30mg tablets; Dosulepin 75mg tablets; Gabapentin 100mg tablets; Levothyroxine Sodium 50mg tablets; Prednisolone 5mg tablets; Vitamin B tablets; Warfarin; and Zopliclone 7.5 mg tablets.
