SEDGEFIELD Racecourse is hosting extra Easter activities at the track on Sunday, April 5.
Added Easter extras include racing and the chance to meet their mascot, Archie, who has invited The Ice Princess and Friends to join him.
All race goers can also stay for a performance by local band, Lisbon, which will be taking place in the Paxton’s stand immediately after racing.
Children will be given the opportunity to join the free Young Hooves Kids Club that is designed for under 18’s.
Activities begin at noon with racing from 2pm.
Jill Williamson, General Manager at Sedgefield Racecourse said: “Children love days out at Sedgefield – fresh air, the thrill of seeing horses run and the free activities that are offered to keep them entertained for the afternoon.”
Entry prices into the racecourse are £13 in advance and £16 on the door and children are free.
