DURHAM Community Action is running a workshop for voluntary and community organisations entitled 'From Business Planning to Action Planning Workshop' on Thursday, January 22, from 9.30am to 12.30pm at Teesdale YMCA, in Galgate, Barnard Castle.
The workshop will show people how to develop a straightforward strategy for turning their organisation’s business plan into a deliverable action plan.
It will help you people to understand their business plan, what it means to them, their committee, their stakeholders and the wider community.
They can also learn techniques to engage the community in their action planning through learning simple processes to develop practical actions.
Participants should bring their business plan along to the session if they have one.
Places cost £10 per person payable in advance.
