DETECTIVES in York are appealing for information after an indecent assault in the city.
The incident happened at around 7.50pm on Saturday, October 4, on Huntington Road near the roundabout with Monkgate when a 15-year-old girl was inappropriately touched by a man who pulled her towards him. However, she managed to break free.
The suspect was described as a black man in his late teens, with a skinny build and short braided hair. He was wearing a cream coloured jacket and was carrying a backpack.
