A WOMAN has died following a collision two weeks ago with a bus in Stockton.
Kelly Marie Evis, 28, from the Stockton area, was involved in an incident on Stockton High Street opposite Ropery Street.
The collision happened at 11.05pm on Monday, September 15, and police appealed for witnesses to the incident to come forward at the time.
Ms Evis was taken to Middlesbrough’s James Cook University Hospital following the accident with a fractured skull.
Paying tribute, her family said: “Kelly was a bubbly, lovely and loving daughter and sister who will be sadly missed. It hasn’t sunk in yet that she has gone.”
Officers are now appealing for a female passenger who was travelling on the bus at the time of the collision to contact them.
Any witnesses who have not already spoken to police are asked to contact PC Lee Benson from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 162776.
