A CYCLIST suffered serious leg injuries after he was in a collision with a lorry.
The Great North Air Ambulance service was called to assist the North-East Ambulance Service at the scene on the A689 at Bradbury, County Durham around 12.20pm on Thursday.
The 23-year-old man was treated at the scene by the doctor-led trauma team, before being taken to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough where his condition was described as serious.
