MUSIC star Tinchy Stryder helped to create a record-breaking weekend at one of North Yorkshire’s biggest attractions.
The chart-topping grime star performed and officially opened "Riverside One" - the new £4m outdoor events arena at Flamingo Land, near Pickering last Friday.
Some15,000 people enjoyed the show - at the time a record breaking crowd for the park but that record was smashed just two days later, when more than 17,000 people visited on Sunday, according to owner Gordon Gibb.
"We've has an exceptionally good summer,” he added.
“What we are proposing for next year is an act of a similar quality to Tinchy Stryder every Friday night through July and August."
